If you’re a cloud-enabled (as in “public cloud”) vendor, and Aerohive has that option with its HiveManager Online, how AP firmware upgrades are done is a big deal. No, actually, it’s a BIG DEAL. As more and more vendors enter the public cloud space, this should, in fact, be a deciding factor in the buying process.
